Rude Customer Service Experience at The North Face

Today, between 12:30-1:00 PM, my family and I visited The North Face store at Istanbul/Akasya Mall to shop for a jacket for my son. After browsing for a few minutes, I informed a store employee that we were looking for a 2XL jacket. Here’s what transpired:

The employee asked what model we were looking for.
I specified we needed a 2XL size, and the employee responded that such sizes were limited.
When I asked which products were available in 2XL, the response was dismissive: "I don’t know; you’ll pick a product, and I’ll check."
I remarked that if the employee had known the stock, they could have been more helpful. Upon exiting, my wife overheard the employee rudely saying, “Don’t come back to the store.” This led to an unpleasant exchange, with the staff making further inappropriate comments like, “Don’t teach me manners.”

This incident was deeply disappointing. If this behavior reflects The North Face’s customer service culture, it’s unacceptable. I urge management to address this issue immediately. Such unprofessionalism tarnishes the brand’s reputation. I request the necessary action be taken regarding the employees on duty at this location on January 19, 2025.
