When I walk, the flex point on the upper of my North Face outdoor shoes causes the mesh to tear, so the shoes can't be worn outside. The shoes have probably only been worn fifty times in total. They tell me to get in touch with the retailer, but neither the North Face center nor the Turkish North Face representatives are willing to provide any support to me. But the seller isn't responding to our messages. We purchased the product from North Face because of its reputation for quality and comfort; however, it appears that the company does not stand behind its products when even the slightest problem arises. This purchase, the shoes I received, and the after-sale service that was provided by the customer service department have all left me with a very negative impression.
