The North Face Shoes I Bought Tore After 10 Wears

I recently purchased a pair of The North Face shoes, expecting the same high quality I experienced years ago with the brand. Back in 2011, I bought a North Face jacket that I still wear today—it’s in perfect condition with no fading or damage despite heavy use over the years.
That’s why I’m shocked and deeply disappointed that these new shoes started tearing after less than 10 wears within just two months. I barely used them, and yet they’re falling apart like they’re cheaply made. This level of poor durability does not match the North Face standards I trusted for so long.
I can’t help but question whether North Face products sold in Turkey are truly authentic or whether regional manufacturing quality is being compromised. Why is there such a vast difference in quality between products bought abroad and those bought here?
I chose this brand again specifically because of its long-lasting reputation, but now I feel completely let down. I’m calling on The North Face to investigate this issue and offer an explanation and compensation for the poor-quality product. As loyal customers, we deserve consistent quality—regardless of where we buy it.
