Testora Subscription Cancellation
I completed an online Testora test via Facebook approximately six weeks ago. The offer clearly appeared to be for a once-off payment, and I agreed to the charge on that basis. I never received any test results, and despite this, I have now discovered that I am being charged on a recurring monthly basis. The monthly charge of R162.00 in ZAR is being taken from my debit card, and the debits appear on my bank statement under the name “Testora”. I did not knowingly agree to any form of subscription or recurring payment, and I have not been provided with the service I originally paid for, as no test results were ever delivered. I have checked my Google subscriptions and there is no active Testora subscription listed there. I am currently overseas and unable to call my bank easily, which makes it very difficult for me to handle these unexpected debits from my side. I request the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment associated with my details and my debit card, and I ask that no further charges be taken. I also ask that you confirm the cancellation in writing as soon as possible.
