Testora Refund Request for Unapproved Subscription Charges

I am writing to report unauthorized subscription charges made by Testora to my debit card in Mexico. I never subscribed to any Testora service, yet I noticed that I have been charged for a Testora subscription for about three months. These charges are appearing directly on my debit card, and despite the fact that I did not give any consent or authorization for a subscription, the payments have continued without my knowledge for some time before I realized them. When I tried to get support, the response I received was unhelpful and my problem was not resolved. I request that all amounts collected from my debit card for this unauthorized Testora subscription be fully refunded. I also want any subscription or payment instruction in my name to be cancelled immediately so that no further charges are taken without my explicit consent.
