Testora-IQ Unauthorized Charges on American Express

I am writing regarding repeated unauthorized charges on my personal American Express card ending in 3010 under the description “APLPay TESTORA-IQ / TESTORA-IQ-TE WILMINGTON DE.” I have never knowingly signed up for any service or subscription with this company and it does not appear anywhere in my Apple or Apple ID subscriptions. The first transaction I can identify started around May 30 as a so‑called “test” charge of 6.93 USD, and since then I have been charged 39.98 USD per month. In total, I have paid approximately 206.85 USD for a service I have never used and do not recognize. I only noticed the pattern when reviewing my American Express statement and seeing several entries in the same wording. I request that this situation be investigated, that any active subscription or recurring payment to this merchant be permanently cancelled, and that all amounts taken since May 30 be fully refunded to me, as these charges were not authorized by me with informed consent. I also request that my card be protected against any future charges from this merchant. I am sharing this information so that the unauthorized payments can be stopped and the unfairly collected amounts can be returned to me as soon as possible.
