Testora IQ App Subscription Charges Were Made Without My Approval

Through a company called Mytestora, I approved what I believed was only a one-time payment for a simple test, expecting to pay approximately $2. However, after later reviewing my account statements, I realized that additional charges in different amounts had been repeatedly withdrawn from my card without my knowledge or consent.

On March 2, a one-time payment of approximately $2 was charged for the test itself. Beyond that transaction, I absolutely did not approve any subscription, recurring membership, or ongoing payment plan.

When I reviewed the statements for my Akbank Axess credit card, I discovered that additional charges had been made under the description “Testora IQ App” as follows:

Approximately $37 on March 9
Approximately $37 on April 9
Approximately $38 on May 9

I never approved any of these transactions, and I was not provided with any notification, warning, or information regarding these recurring charges. I only recently became aware of the issue after checking my previous three months of account statements.

I request that any memberships or subscriptions opened in my name through Mytestora / Testora IQ App be canceled immediately and permanently.

I also demand that all amounts charged from my card without my knowledge or consent be refunded to me fully and without delay.

In addition, I request that a detailed investigation be carried out regarding these unauthorized transactions and that I be provided with a clear written explanation regarding the outcome and how these charges were processed.
