My name is Fredrik J*** and I am being charged for a service from “Testora IQ App” that I have not knowingly ordered or approved. I am requesting that all charges be stopped immediately and that this subscription be cancelled without any further delay. In February, a small amount was first withdrawn from my credit card with the description “260506 TESTORA-IQ-APP”, and in March, April and May 39 USD has been charged each month. These amounts are billed directly to my credit card. I have never knowingly ordered a subscription or membership for 39 USD per month and I do not accept these withdrawals. On 1 May 2026, I sent an email to [email protected] with the subject “Cancel subscription immediately”, clearly stating that I want to cancel any subscription or membership I may have with you, that I feel this is a con, and that I cannot recall ever ordering this service. In that email I requested written confirmation that I will never again receive an invoice or be charged a single dollar by you. Despite this, the charges have continued. I request that you immediately cancel any subscription or membership associated with my name and email addresses (fre***@kooper.se and/or fre***@minaffarstv.se), stop all future charges to my credit card, and refund the amounts taken without my clear consent. I also ask for a written confirmation that my subscription is cancelled and that no further charges will be made.
