I solved a job test through a link shared by a company called Testora IQ, which I came across on Instagram. I paid $30, thinking it was a one-time payment. However, after this transaction, I noticed that smaller amounts were charged without my permission, and that they also attempted to charge the same fee repeatedly.
On December 25, 2025, $2 was charged from my Garanti Bank debit card without my approval, and on the same day another $0.60 was charged. The $0.60 charge was later refunded. Then, on January 1, 2026, another $30 was charged from my card. Finally, on February 22, 2026, they attempted to charge $30 again, but the transaction did not go through because I did not have sufficient balance in my account.
In addition to all this, I never received the service I expected in return for the payment I made. The results of the test I completed were never sent to my email address, and I have not been able to access the results in any way.
I request that all unauthorized charges made to my card, including the unfair $30 payment, be fully refunded as soon as possible, and that all future attempts to charge my card be permanently stopped.
