MyTestora Refund Request After Paying $29.99 for Missing Test Results

I completed a personality inventory test on MyTestora and paid $29.99 by credit card so that the results would be sent to my email address. However, even though about 10 days have passed, I have not received any email with my results. As a result, I have been unable to use the service I paid for.

I could not find any valid contact channel or customer support phone number on the MyTestora website, so I was unable to report the issue directly to the company or resolve my problem. I do have the bank payment receipt, which proves that I completed the payment.

Since I did not receive the service I paid for, I am requesting that MyTestora refund the $29.99 payment to me.
