I was recently charged for a weekly subscription by the company Testora after clicking on their advertisement on Instagram. Today, 6 dollars were withdrawn from my bank card for this weekly subscription, although I did not clearly understand or did not intend to make such a paid subscription on these terms. I have not yet contacted either Testora support or my bank about this transaction. I consider this charge to be inappropriate and I am dissatisfied that money was withdrawn from my card without my clear and conscious consent to a paid weekly subscription. I ask you to cancel this weekly subscription with Testora, refund the 6 dollars debited today, and block any further withdrawals from my bank card in connection with this subscription.
