Cancel Testora Subscription

I saw an advertisement for Testora IQ on Instagram and registered for their service. After that, starting from 8/8 and again on 8/15, they charged me 1,515+23 yuan without giving me any clear way to cancel the subscription. The email address they provided for contact seemed fake and there was no clear cancellation path on their side. I recently sent them an email again and they immediately confirmed my cancellation, but they did not refund the money that had already been deducted from my account. I consider these charges unfair because there was no proper and transparent way to unsubscribe before the deductions were made. I request that my subscription remain cancelled and that all amounts deducted so far, including the payments on 8/8 and 8/15, be fully refunded to my account, and that no further charges be made in the future.
