On February 19, 2026, I noticed that six separate charges, each in the amount of $1,900, were made to my card under Tesla’s name without my knowledge or consent, totaling a very large amount. Despite not purchasing any product or service from Tesla, these transactions appeared on my card statement.
As soon as I became aware of the situation, I immediately contacted my bank and initiated a dispute process. I then attempted to reach Tesla via both email and phone, but I was not provided with any explanation, nor was any concrete information or solution offered.
I request that these unauthorized transactions be urgently investigated, that the full amount charged to my card be refunded without delay, and that I be provided with a clear and written explanation of how these transactions occurred.
