Tesla Supercharger Overcharged—Duplicate Charges on Credit Card

On March 21, 2026, at around 2:06 PM, I charged my vehicle at the Tesla Supercharger station located at Sivrihisar Başkent Mola Park. Although only $29 should have been charged to my credit card for this session, my statement shows that the same amount was charged three times, meaning the $29 fee was duplicated.

As soon as I noticed the issue, I called the number listed on Tesla.com (0 (212) 922 15 37), but I was unable to reach a customer representative and could not open a support request or get any information regarding my issue.

I request that the excess charges beyond the required $29 for the charging session be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible and that I be informed accordingly.
