On April 19, 2024, I made a prepayment of ₺50,000 via my credit card with order number RN121511037 to purchase a Tesla Model Y on the tesla.com website. While the price of the Tesla Model Y I ordered was ₺1,791,451, on April 22, 2024, I noticed that the price of the same vehicle had increased to ₺2,605,747 on the company's website. Although the company stated that this situation was due to a systemic error, the unsettling price change forced me to cancel my order within the 14-day cooling-off period.
On April 30, 2024, I sent an email to t************@tesla.com, expressing my intention to exercise my right of withdrawal within 14 days as per the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, and requested a refund of the ₺50,000 debited from my credit card.
However, in the email received from t************@tesla.com, it was stated that despite the cancellation of the order, the mentioned amount would not be refunded.
Due to this unjust enrichment and the lack of fairness in this situation, I demand the refund of the ₺50,000 amount charged to me.
