Tesla Mobile Connector Refund Not Processed—No Resolution After Months

On December 16, 2024, I ordered a Tesla Mobile Connector through the Tesla mobile app. I received it on December 19, 2024, but due to an issue with my electrical system, I realized I wouldn't be able to use it. So, on December 20, 2024, I returned the product at my own expense, and Tesla received it on December 23, 2024.
Since then, I have repeatedly contacted Tesla support, only to receive conflicting information. The support team initially told me to wait due to a processing delay, but when I followed up on January 10, 2025, I was given a refund reference number (zbtmpmxr853qcwx3) and told that my refund had been processed on January 6, 2025, to my card ending in 7989.
However, my bank confirmed that no such refund exists. When I called Tesla again, they admitted the first reference number was incorrect and provided a new reference number (kdd5lrs9vdwfqhg6). But after checking with my bank multiple times, they confirmed that no refund was ever received under either reference number.
I have now waited over two months, checked my January and February credit card statements, and there is still no refund. I am providing these statements as proof that Tesla has not issued the promised refund.
I am demanding an immediate refund back to the original payment method. This situation has been frustrating and unacceptable, and I expect Tesla to resolve it without further delay.
