
I purchased a Tesla Wall Connector for my vehicle and installed the Tesla One app on my Android phone. While I can log into the Tesla app and my Hotmail account without any issues, I constantly struggle to access Tesla One using the same credentials. Even when I manage to log in, the app crashes and malfunctions frequently.
I have been unable to use my charger at 32A because of this issue. I contacted Tesla support via email a week ago, attaching screenshots of the errors, but I have received no response, no follow-up, and no resolution. I also called the Tesla support line, where I followed all troubleshooting steps in real-time with a representative, yet the issue remains unresolved.
I accidentally discovered a hidden "My Home" section in the Tesla app, which allowed me to charge at 16A, but had I not stumbled upon this by chance, my car would have been unusable for 15 days or I would have had to rely on external charging stations.
Tesla, when will you respond? Why do I have to file a complaint just to get basic support? This is unacceptable for a company of your size. Fix this issue now!
