
I purchased a Tesla charging station and downloaded the Tesla One app to manage it. However, I’ve been completely unable to use it on my iPhone. I log in using my Hotmail email address and the correct password, but the app doesn’t open properly on iOS. This means I cannot send any commands to my charger or use the station at all.
I reached out for help through different channels, but no one from Tesla has responded. It’s incredibly frustrating that such a basic technical issue is going unresolved by a company of Tesla’s scale. I expected a seamless and smart user experience, not to be left helpless and ignored. Tesla must urgently fix the app login issue on iOS or provide alternative access to control the charger. I paid a significant amount for this setup and deserve proper functionality and support.
