Fed Up with Tesla's Unreachable Customer Service and Order Cancellation

As a Tesla customer, I've encountered significant difficulties in reaching their customer service, which has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Despite numerous attempts to contact them at various times of the day, including early mornings and late evenings, I've been consistently met with automated messages about high call volumes. Unfortunately, I've never been connected to an actual customer service agent.
My primary goal is to cancel my vehicle order, but the lack of communication channels has made this seemingly simple task incredibly challenging. To add to my frustration, I've discovered that there's no option to submit a request or leave feedback on either their mobile application or website.
