Tesla Model Y Navigation Giving Incorrect Long Routes
I have been experiencing a serious issue with the navigation system in my 2025 Tesla Model Y for quite some time. Especially within Istanbul, routes that should take about 30 minutes are being extended unnecessarily to 1 hour or even 1.5 hours due to incorrect routing. This problem has been ongoing for at least 3–4 months and is significantly affecting my daily use of the vehicle.
I contacted Tesla by phone to seek support, but no solution was provided and I did not receive any concrete resolution. The navigation system generating incorrect and unnecessarily long routes is causing both loss of time and increased energy consumption.
I request that Tesla thoroughly investigate the issue with my vehicle’s navigation system, apply any necessary software or map updates, permanently resolve the problem, and provide me with a clear explanation regarding the outcome.
