Today at around 2:44 PM, while I was plugging in my Tesla Model Y Performance at the charging station located at Dijitalpark Teknokent, Kirazlıdere Neighborhood, Eski Ankara Road, Administrative Building *** Block No:* (Şile Highway Sarıgazi Exit – across from the Military Housing Complex), 34788 Çekmeköy / Istanbul**, the vehicle displayed an error and immediately afterward all electrical systems shut down completely. The vehicle is currently locked, immobilized, and non-operational at that location.
Immediately after the incident, I tried repeatedly to contact Tesla Emergency Service, both through the mobile app and by phone. However, I received no response to my messages in the app, and none of my calls were answered. Because of this, I had no choice but to leave the vehicle where it is and return home. Both the sudden and complete shutdown of the vehicle and Tesla’s total lack of reachability afterward have caused me serious hardship and a loss of trust.
My expectation from Tesla is that roadside assistance or a service team be dispatched immediately to retrieve the vehicle from the charging station where it is currently located and to carry out the necessary inspections and repairs. I request that the cause of this failure be urgently identified and that my situation be resolved without further delay.
