Unauthorized Tencent Mobile Payments on Vodafone – Refund Request
I recently discovered that multiple unauthorized payments were made through Tencent Games Türkiye under my Vodafone mobile line (05072767*) for PUBG Mobile purchases—despite my mobile payment option being disabled.
The transactions occurred on:
25.12.2024 – 3 payments of ₺774.99 each
25.12.2025 – 1 payment of ₺309.99
01.01.2025 – 3 payments of ₺774.99 each
Additionally, a ₺19.90 fee was charged to activate mobile payments, totaling ₺4,959.93, which was added to my Vodafone bill without my consent.
Upon contacting Vodafone customer service, I was told that the payments were authorized via the Vodafone Yanımda app. However, my elderly mother, who does not know how to use the app or even log in, was the only person with access to the device at the time. This proves that unauthorized access was made to my account.
If a third party can easily access my Vodafone account and make purchases without my knowledge, then there is a serious security breach involving Vodafone, PUBG Mobile, and Tencent Games. I demand an immediate refund for all unauthorized charges, as I did not approve or initiate these payments. This issue must be addressed immediately!
