On February 17, 2025, without my consent, my Turk Telekom postpaid line was charged three times for ₺824.99 each, totaling ₺2,500, allegedly for PUBG Mobile purchases. These transactions were processed by Payguru under "automatic mobile approval."
I never made any purchases or authorized any payments.
PUBG Mobile was never installed on my phone.
I never received an SMS for approval.
After noticing the unauthorized charges, I immediately contacted Turk Telekom, but they redirected me to Trend Pub Mobile/PUBG Mobile Payguru. When I spoke with them, they blamed Turk Telekom, creating a loop of responsibility avoidance.
Turk Telekom suggested that this could have been caused by a virus or forced approvals without user consent. My detailed bill shows that an SMS was sent, yet I never initiated any message.
I demand an immediate refund for this unauthorized transaction. If not resolved, I will file official complaints with the prosecutor’s office and the Consumer Arbitration Board. PUBG Mobile, Payguru, and Turk Telekom must be held accountable!
