I Face Unauthorized PUBG Mobile Charges on My Mobile Line

On August 14, 2025, I discovered that multiple unauthorized purchases had been made in PUBG Mobile through my Türk Telekom mobile line, totaling ₺2,660. These transactions were carried out without my knowledge or consent. I later learned that my phone had likely been infected with malware, which automatically sent “yes” confirmation messages from my line in the background, approving these payments while I was unaware.
At no point did I manually approve or initiate any of these purchases. I contacted both Türk Telekom and PUBG Mobile support teams, but my dispute was rejected with the claim that I had given confirmation. This is a serious security vulnerability—it should not be possible for charges to be made through a user’s account without their explicit awareness and approval.
To make matters worse, due to the same malware, my line also sent messages and made calls to unknown numbers while I was asleep. As a result, my current bill has reached ₺20,560.
I demand:
Immediate cancellation of the ₺2,660 PUBG Mobile charges
A full refund of the unauthorized amount
A thorough investigation into how these charges and messages were processed without my consent
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will file a criminal complaint with the prosecutor’s office and submit a formal complaint to the Consumer Protection Board. I expect Türk Telekom and PUBG Mobile to take responsibility and fix this immediately.
