Hello, I recently discovered that my mobile bill was charged three times for ₺774.99 each under the name Tencent Games Türkiye. I do not have a PUBG account, nor is the game installed on my phone. It seems that a third party used my phone number to make these unauthorized payments without my knowledge or consent.

This is a serious issue, as I never approved or initiated these transactions. I am requesting an immediate refund of the total amount charged to my account.
