I recently discovered that three separate PUBG Mobile charges of ₺824.99 each were made to my postpaid phone bill, totaling ₺2500, without my authorization. I never approved or made these purchases, yet they were charged to my account.
When I contacted customer service to dispute these unauthorized transactions, I was told that there were system maintenance issues, and I should call back later. This is completely unacceptable! I should not have to chase down support to fix a fraudulent charge on my account.
I demand an immediate refund for these unauthorized transactions. PUBG Mobile, take responsibility and resolve this issue now! I expect a prompt response and action.
