Refund Request For Unauthorized PUBG Mobile Charges

I was charged a total of ₺1649 for three separate transactions by PUBG Mobile, an app I have never used or downloaded. When I contacted the necessary parties, they claimed I had approved the charges, which is completely untrue. I did not authorize any payments or provide any confirmation for these transactions.

It feels as though someone remotely accessed my phone and made these charges in my name. This is incredibly frustrating and unacceptable. I refuse to pay for an app or service I never used. I will file complaints with the relevant authorities and demand an immediate refund of the unauthorized charges. This situation must be resolved promptly to prevent further financial loss.
