Unauthorized Charges from PUBG Tencent Games, Requesting Refund

Good day, on Monday evening and Wednesday night, a total of nine transactions of 299 TL each were made to PUBG Tencent Games, amounting to 2699.91 TL. I did not authorize these transactions, and I did not make them. There are numerous similar complaints online, clearly indicating a mistake has been made.

I am requesting a full refund of these charges; otherwise, I will pursue all available legal avenues. I work five days to earn that money—I don't pick it off trees. Please take the necessary steps to rectify this situation and return my funds.
