I am extremely frustrated and demand immediate action regarding unauthorized charges made through PUBG. On April 20, 2025, without my consent or knowledge, a total of ₺2,518.98 was withdrawn from my account linked to the financial technology firm Lidio. The charges were as follows: ₺1,799.99 at 09:13:06, ₺359.99 at 09:18:11, and another ₺359.99 at 09:19:13.
When I reviewed my account statements, I noticed that the description read "Lidio / Google PUBG." I never authorized these transactions, nor did I approve any purchases through PUBG at that time. This is a serious breach of trust and security.
I demand a full investigation into how these unauthorized charges occurred and the immediate return of the stolen ₺2,518.98 to my account.
