I recently discovered an unauthorized charge from Tencent Harvest on my phone bill. I did not subscribe to this service or provide any consent, yet ₺1003 was deducted without my knowledge. This is completely unacceptable, and I am deeply frustrated by the lack of transparency and security.

I am the owner of the phone number linked to this charge and demand an immediate refund of the amount taken. I believe this is an error or misuse of my account, and I request that Tencent Harvest or the relevant parties address this issue promptly.

Please resolve this matter and ensure such unauthorized transactions do not happen again. I expect swift action and a full refund.
