I Face Tencent Games Billing Issues After A Mobile Payment I Did Not Make

Today at 11:59 AM, an approximately $9 mobile payment charge under the name Tencent Games was added to my Turk Telekom phone line ending in 5*******55. I did not make this transaction, and it was completed without my knowledge.

I do not accept being charged for a transaction that I never requested or approved. I request that the approximately $9 charge not be added to my bill, that the transaction be canceled, and that this mobile payment be treated as invalid.

I also request that this unauthorized transaction made through my phone line be investigated and corrected immediately. I do not want to be held responsible for any payment related to a transaction that I did not authorize.
