I Face PUBG Mobile Classic Crate Drop Rate Issues After Spending Over $147

I have been playing PUBG Mobile since February 2024. I am currently Level 82, have completed all of the popularity missions, and have reached Collection Level 56. I have spent more than $147 in the game. I have purchased all of the available Classic Crates and opened hundreds of them, including 120-crate openings at once, yet the M416 Glacier skin has never dropped on my account.

In particular, during October and November 2025, I opened 120 Classic Crates in bulk, but I still did not receive the M416 Glacier. Even from the 7 crates I opened today, I only received a low-value shirt worth 1 point. Despite regularly making payments through Google Play and my bank/credit cards and investing this much into the game, I still have not been able to obtain an important skin such as the M416 Glacier.

Seeing newly created accounts that have made little or no investment receive this skin from their first crates, while my long-standing account that has required significant time and spending still does not receive it, creates the impression that the drop system is unfair. I consider this situation extremely disappointing.

I request that the drop rates applied to my account be thoroughly reviewed and that any possible issue with the reward system be investigated. I also request that the M416 Glacier skin, which I believe would fairly reflect the time and money I have invested in the game, be added to my account as a resolution to this issue.
