PUBG Mobile Charged Me 4 Times for Subscription But Gave Me No Rewards or UC

I’ve been subscribed to PUBG Mobile’s in-game subscription service, which deducts a fee monthly and provides subscription rewards like 60 UC, UC coupons, and other items. At the beginning of this month, I received a message confirming that my payment was successfully processed, but none of the rewards were delivered.

At first, I forgot to follow up, but today I checked again and tried to manually purchase the subscription once more. The system accepted the payment, and once again—no rewards were given. I’ve now been charged a total of four times, and I still haven’t received any of the items I paid for.

This is completely unacceptable. I’ve paid for something, and PUBG Mobile has taken my money without delivering the service. I expect immediate action to resolve this issue.

PUBG Mobile, either refund the charges or provide the missing rewards now. If you continue to ignore this, I will escalate the issue through all available consumer protection channels. I am demanding a full resolution without further delay.
