PUBG Glacier M416 Skin Missing – UC Spent, No Reward Received

I just unlocked the Glacier M416 skin in PUBG Mobile about 10 minutes ago, but when I checked my inventory, it wasn’t there.

I spent nearly 10,000 UC, and now my balance is completely empty, yet I never received the item. This is completely unfair. If PUBG grants me the missing skin, I will consider this issue resolved. However, if my UC is wasted without compensation, I will take further action to address this.

PUBG, fix this now! Either give me my Glacier M416 skin or refund the UC I spent. This is a serious issue that needs immediate resolution. My Player ID: 5204*****77.
