I Bought ₺50 Worth of Random UC but Didn’t Receive It in My PUBG Account

On April 4, 2025, I purchased ₺50 worth of random UC for my PUBG Mobile account. The system shows that the UC has been “delivered,” but nothing was actually added to my account. I’ve checked multiple times, and there’s been no update or credit whatsoever.

Here are the details of my PUBG account for reference: ID 5194*82.

It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for something and then be left completely in the dark when it doesn’t show up. This could be a system glitch or a processing issue—but either way, it needs to be resolved immediately. I made this purchase in good faith and expect the product I paid for to be delivered without excuses or delays.

Please look into this and ensure that the UC is either credited to my account as promised or issue a full refund. I expect a prompt resolution to avoid having to escalate the matter further.
