I canceled an order on March 16, 2025, and was told that the refund would be processed between March 16 and April 8. It’s now April 25, and I still haven’t received a single cent of my money back.
This delay is completely unacceptable. If my refund is not issued immediately, I will be forced to take legal action to recover my funds. I’m sharing this publicly to urge the relevant parties at Temu to finally take this issue seriously and act.
What’s even more disheartening is that many of Temu’s customers are low-income individuals, and this type of careless handling of their money causes real hardship. You cannot treat people’s hard-earned money as if it doesn’t matter.
Temu, I’m demanding that my refund be processed without further delay and that you improve your support systems to actually resolve issues, not just deflect them. This experience has been deeply frustrating and disappointing.
