Temu Failed to Deliver My Order Even Months After Payment

I placed an order on Temu and made the payment on May 10. Although the promised delivery date was July 5, there has been no update regarding the shipment. It’s now well past the deadline, and I haven’t received even a basic tracking link. Despite repeatedly asking Temu about the location of the item I purchased, they keep responding that they do not know where the product is. Their responses feel robotic, offering no real support or accountability. This is completely unacceptable. I will never purchase anything from Temu again. This is not just a business failure — it reflects a much deeper issue.

Although the last delivery date for the product I ordered from Temu on May 10 was July 5, the product has not been delivered. Today is July 8, and despite speaking with DHL Ecommerce customer representatives multiple times, they are not informing me about the whereabouts of my product. I will never work with this company again.

They are now offering ₺800, and within 2 minutes, they credited ₺500 to my account.

I am writing to express my concern about a delayed shipment I ordered from Temu, which was sent via truck delivery. The expected delivery time has long passed, and I have not received a clear update regarding the location of the item or its estimated arrival date. It has been 58 days since the order was placed, and the tracking information has not changed. I understand that large or fragile items may be shipped by ground transportation, but even considering this, the delay has exceeded a reasonable timeframe. Therefore, I kindly request the following: A clear update on the current location of my shipment. An estimated delivery date according to your logistics partner's latest update. Information on whether the package is currently stuck at customs or at a distribution center. If delivery is no longer possible, please initiate a full refund immediately.
