On September 13, I placed an order on Temu for a Umiga 5-in-1 hair dryer and an electric pepper/salt grinder. I canceled the order before delivery and initiated a return. My return number is PO-203-17375380467832275-D01. I contacted Temu customer service multiple times and was told that a refund was issued, but no refund has appeared on my Yapı Kredi World card. I’ve been waiting for my $56 refund for about two months. I request an urgent resolution and that my refund be credited to my card immediately.
