Temu Said They Refunded Me but I Never Got My Money Back

I canceled my order from Temu on April 18, 2025, because I changed my mind. They claimed to have refunded the amount that same day, but the money still hasn’t returned to my account. I never received the product, and there was no shipment either. In previous purchases from Temu, I received the product, returned it, and got my refund without any problems. This time, I called Akbank, and they created a dispute. On each call I made—on May 6, 12, 18, 20, and June 3—they told me they had emailed Temu about the issue. But when I called again today, I was told that only one email had actually been sent. At this point, I no longer suspect Temu—I’m starting to suspect Akbank. Are they just using Temu as an excuse and holding onto my money? If they have a different explanation, they should provide it. Why were my calls ignored? Why did they repeatedly say “we’re forwarding it” when they didn’t? Today, I finally received a message saying “Your record has been created.” Why wasn’t it created earlier? They say the process can take up to 180 days. Do they have any clear explanation for this? Can they speed up the process and refund my money? I urgently want this resolved.
