Temu Rust Remover Spray Damaged Chrome Bathroom Handles
On 14/06/2026 I purchased a product from Temu called “Strong Rust Remover Spray – Instant Action Powerful” to clean rust and stains from my bathroom chrome handles. After I sprayed the product as intended, instead of removing the stains it caused new stains and visible damage to the chrome surfaces. The condition of my handles became worse after using this spray. I immediately contacted Temu customer service several times and also sent clear photos showing the damage to the handles. Each time I was told that they would urgently look into the matter, but every day I receive the same response that they are still working on it, without any concrete solution or update. I find it very strange and frustrating that such a simple case has been kept pending for so long despite my repeated messages and the evidence I provided. Because this product has damaged my bathroom chrome handles, I requested that Temu either order and send me the same type of handles as replacement or offer me appropriate monetary compensation so that I can buy new ones myself. I kindly ask that my complaint be reviewed without further delay and that a clear and fair resolution be provided for the damage caused by this product.
