Temu Has Not Refunded the Money for 2 Months
On July 8, 2025, I bought a motorcycle bag with the order number PO-203-12365273720951928 via the Temu application. I canceled the order on the same day but the fee was withdrawn from my card. After the cancellation, I was asked if I wanted the refund to be made as a credit balance or to the card, so I requested a refund to my card. I was told by Temu that the refund was made and that it would be reflected on my card within 15 days. However, even though we came to September, my refund has still not been made to my card. The last four digits of the virtual card I paid for are 8025. I have corresponded with customer representatives many times through the application for about two months. I was lingered every time and I was sent only unofficial, invalid writings. I also contacted my bank and got the information that no refund was made. I have the records of all correspondence. I want my money back to my card immediately.
