Temu Did Not Refund the Amount of the Order I Cancelled
I ordered from Temu on March 21, 2025, and canceled it that same day. It's been almost 60 days, and I still haven't received my refund for order number #P0-203-04153546478632011. Whenever I attempt to get in touch, they insist that the refund has already been taken care of. I reached out to my bank, and they confirmed that no transaction of that nature has occurred. This situation has been really frustrating for me, particularly because I canceled the order immediately and anticipated a smooth refund process. I’ve found myself caught in a cycle of standard replies without any real solution. I’m starting to doubt Temu and genuinely hope they step up and process my refund promptly.
