I placed an order on Temu and canceled it on the same day. I was told the refund would be processed within a month, but it still hasn’t been credited to my account. When I contacted my bank, they confirmed that no refund had been issued by Temu. Meanwhile, Temu insists that the refund was processed and even provided a document claiming it was completed.
I am now stuck without a solution, as neither side is taking responsibility. This lack of accountability is unacceptable. I demand immediate clarification and a full refund for my canceled order.
