Since the projector I bought from Temu was of very low quality, I returned it with the return number PO-213-00211961303590385-D02. I wrote the tracking number they gave on the box. Despite two months passing, no refund was made. When I asked Temu, they said the cargo had not reached them. The return processes at Temu are problematic. Do not buy any product you are not sure about. They do not refund money.
