I am writing regarding my Temu order PO‑153‑01719395036793686, for which I have not received my refund. The order was paid through Easypaisa, and despite the issue being ongoing for about 5 days, the refund has still not been issued at all. I contacted Temu customer service about this situation and was told that they have no idea what happened and that this is a “unique incident,” and they can only create a ticket. Since then, there has been no resolution and no refund reflected in my Easypaisa account. All items in my order were delivered in transparent packaging, which clearly shows that any shortage or missing items occurred before delivery, not after I received the parcel. Despite this, support repeatedly asked me to “return the items,” which is impossible because the missing items were never included in the first place. This approach also contradicts Section 4‑IV of your own refund policy. I request that this case be escalated to senior support, that a full refund be issued for the missing or incorrect items, and that the opened parcel and its transparent packaging be properly reviewed as evidence. I also expect clear assurance that customers will not be asked to return items they never received. I am based in Lahore, Pakistan, and I expect Temu to urgently process and complete the full refund for this order to my Easypaisa payment method without any further delay. Dear Temu Support Team, I am formally escalating an unresolved issue with my recent order. Despite multiple contacts with customer support, I have received only scripted responses that do not address the core problem. I request immediate review by a senior support agent, as the current handling contradicts Temu’s refund policy. My parcel arrived partially opened, and the postman asked me to open it in front of him. This raises serious concerns about tampering or mishandling during transit. Upon opening, it was clear that multiple items were missing, incomplete, or not as described, and I did not receive the quantities I paid for. Several items were in transparent packaging, making the missing quantities visible without opening them, proving the issue occurred before delivery. Key issues include: fewer grafting sleeves than ordered, only 6 of 12 pot filters received, only 1 plant cloche received, less than half of the watering system (also smaller than advertised), only 1 of 4 scissors received, and seed spreaders not matching the description. Other items were also incomplete. I contacted support multiple times and was repeatedly told to return the items, which is not applicable, as I cannot return items that were never delivered. According to Temu’s refund policy Section 4-IV (Missing Items), refunds should be processed without requiring a return. My case clearly falls under this policy, yet it has not been applied consistently. I am a student and used my personal savings, and this situation has caused financial loss and stress.
