Temu Cancelled Orders - Refund Delay Despite Same-Day Cancellation

I placed three separate orders containing soap dishes and water pipe extension accessories via the Temu mobile application on 26 December 2025. I realized that I had created these orders by mistake and cancelled all of them within approximately 5 minutes. The fee for one of the three orders was refunded to my account on the same day, but the refunds for the orders with numbers PO-203-03265836293750615 and PO-203-03265699978870615 have still not been reflected in my account. I regularly check both the order and refund status via the Temu application and the transaction history of my credit card, and I can clearly see that the relevant amounts have not been credited back. When I contacted Temu support, I was informed that my refund request had been processed, that the amount was expected to be transferred to my bank between 29 December 2025 and 31 December 2025, and that my bank might reflect it to my account between 5 January 2026 and 16 January 2026. However, the fact that the other order, which I cancelled at the same time, was refunded immediately while these two orders are being kept pending makes me uncomfortable and I believe this situation is causing me a grievance. I request that the amounts of these two orders, which I paid for and cancelled on the same day within a very short time, be refunded to my credit card as soon as possible, without any additional waiting period.

The fee was deposited into my account.
