Refund Not Received for Returned School Items on Temu Order

On August 17, through the Temu mobile app, I ordered a raincoat and school bag but realized the items were incorrect and immediately created a return request before they were even shipped. The products were never sent, yet instead of receiving my refund of ₺1,578, I have been waiting with no result. I was later informed that “your payment will be refunded to your account by September 6 at the latest,” but no refund has ever been credited.
During this time, I contacted Temu customer service multiple times, and each time I was told, “it will be resolved soon,” but since August 17 no actual solution has been provided. I also received follow-up emails and app notifications, but the refund has still not been processed.
I demand the immediate refund of ₺1,578 for the incorrect items that were never shipped or delivered, and I expect Temu to resolve this matter without any further delays.
