Refund Not Processed for Cancelled Temu Order

I canceled my order with Temu immediately after placing it on December 13. On December 14, I was informed that a refund of ₺1,479.48 had been issued, but I have yet to receive the refund. When I contacted Ziraat Bank's customer service, they confirmed that no refund has been processed to my account.

It has been over a month, and I am still waiting for my money. Attempts to contact Temu customer service have been futile, as only automated responses are provided with no actual resolution.

This is unacceptable. I demand my refund to be processed immediately. Temu must address this issue and improve their customer service. I will escalate this matter if no action is taken.
