Temu Delayed My Refund After I Canceled My Order Within Minutes
I made an order on Temu on February 10 and canceled it just five minutes later. It's February 19, and I'm still waiting for my refund. I reached out to Ziraat Bankası for clarification, and they verified that no refund has been issued. I have contacted Temu’s help center several times, but I continue to receive unclear responses that don’t provide any actual solutions. It's really disappointing to notice how fast they are to process payments, yet they take their time with refunds. I completed all the required steps, but my money has yet to be refunded. This delay is really disappointing, and I urge Temu to step up and process my refund right away. I shouldn't have to go through all this trouble to get my own money back.
