MNG Cargo Not Delivering Temu Order Since August

I placed an order on Temu on July 29 for clothes, bags, and accessories, and it was shipped via MNG Cargo. Since August 5, my package has been stuck with no movement, even though other orders I placed afterward have already been delivered. Friends who ordered after me have received their items as well. My package is still listed as "in transit." Both MNG Cargo and Temu keep blaming each other, and every time I contact customer service, all I hear is, "We’ve received your request. Please be patient." I’ve requested a refund, but that hasn’t been processed either. I feel completely frustrated and demand either my package delivered or a full refund.
